We were totally reliant on Checkatrade to find us a reliable tradesperson for our renovation project. We signed up and posted our needs, but unfortunately, we were left in the lurch.

It's clear to us that Checkatrade prioritizes their own profits over the well-being/satisfaction/rights of customers. We demand/request/urge fair compensation/justice/accountability for this injustice/wrongdoing/terrible experience.

Was Checkatrade a Total Fraud?

We thought we were doing the right move by using Checkatrade to find a reputable plumber/electrician/contractor. After all, they seemed so reliable with their vetted traders. Boy, were we wrong! Our experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Then, the response from the "qualified" trader was lackluster/awful/terrible. He was unprofessional/rude/disrespectful and provided a quote that was outrageous/ridiculous/way too high. We tried to resolve the issues, but he was adamant/unwilling/stubborn to compromise/negotiate/change.

In the end, we ended up payinga huge sum/an exorbitant amount/ way more than it should have been by this so-called "vetted" trader. Checkatrade's customer service was equally useless/incompetent/unhelpful. They offered us a pathetic excuse/blamed the trader/did nothing.

We're left feeling frustrated and suggest looking elsewhere for your tradesman needs.

My experience with Checkatrade turned into a nightmare. I engaged a trader through their service to complete some essential home repairs. They seemed trustworthy at first, but it turned out a terrible ordeal.
